In order to facilitate Israeli clients, WEBuilder has arranged with
Yeul Sachir
to handle all billing in Israel. These new arrangements
will benefit both WEBuilder and you, the client. As this is a new service, it is very possible that the terms are will change. The current terms
will be listed on this page. WEBuilder will try to keep
clients informed of changes in the terms by sending out
timely emails
The current arrangements (as of
12-Sep-10) for WEBuilder clients are as follows:
Web Design Fees
Billing will be on the 20th day of the month.
All invoices are subject to a minimum of $7.50
before
VAT. (A client with less than $7.50 in billing for a
month will receive a bill as if there was $7.50 of billing.
A client with no activity during the month will not
be subject to any bill).
All invoices are converted to shekels at the current
exchange rate, and then VAT (currently 16%) is added.
An invoice will be sent via Israeli post (or email,
to clients outside of Israel) by Yeul Sachir.
The invoice will explain the amount due, and how payment
can be made.
Payment options include check and wire transfer.
Details will be included on the invoice.
Yeul Sachir accepts payments through the 4th day
of the month. This gives each client approximately 14
days to pay the invoice. Payments received after the
4th day of the month will not be fully processed (or
received by WEBuilder) until the next month.
WEBuilder cannot receive shekel
payments directly. Payments
must be sent directly to
Yeul Sachir as instructed
in the invoice.
If a payment is inadvertently sent to
WEBuilder, WEBuilder will contact the client to
determine what to do next. Please note that this
will delay your payment, and could result in the
loss of certain time-bound services!
Domain Registration Fees
Many clients have used the WEBuilder domain storefront,
located at
http://domains.webuilder.co.il, to purchase domains.
Domains purchased here are billed by a third party in
the USA. If you want to pay these fees in shekels, the
domain registration will have to be altered. Please
contact WEBuilder for details.
Only domains that are held
in WEBuilder's personal registration account can be
billed in shekels.
Approximately 90 days before the domain is up for
renewal, WEBuilder will add the renewal charge, plus
a 7% shekel service fee, to the current balance due.
On the 20th of the month, an invoice will be generated,
as per the steps at the top of this page.
The client is responsible for paying the registration
fees by the 4th of the month.
The domain will not be renewed until the fee has
been paid. Confirmation of the payment is sent by Yeul
Sachir to WEBuilder on the 15th of the month. If you
miss the cutoff by the 4th and your domain is set to
expire within the upcoming 30 days, then you must pay
your bill and notify WEBuilder that you have paid it.
WEBuilder will contact Yeul Sachir directly to confirm
that payment was received, at which time the domain
will be renewed.
Please do not wait until the last moment
to pay, as this will probably result in your website
being down until the payment is confirmed. Several WEBuilder clients have
actually lost their domain
names dues to failure to pay their registration fees
on time.
Hosting Fees
Some clients have used the WEBuilder storefront,
located at http://domains.webuilder.co.il,
to purchase hosting services. Hosting accounts purchased here are billed
by a third party in the USA. If you want to pay these
fees in shekels, the hosting account will have to
be altered. Please contact WEBuilder for details.
When the hosting account expires, the WEBuilder
server will notify the client and WEBuilder that the
hosting fee is due.
The client must notify WEBuilder to
convert this bill into shekels. Otherwise, WEBuilder
will assume that the client will be paying it in
Dollars (even if the client paid the previous year's
bill in shekels).
WEBuilder will convert the hosting charges to
shekels at the current rate, add a 3% shekel service
charge, and add VAT (currently
16%).
Within a week, WEBuilder will instruct Yeul Sachir
to create an invoice for the
client for a year of hosting services.
The client has 30 days from the time
the hosting account has expired to pay
the invoice.
The hosting account will not be renewed until the fee has
been paid. Confirmation of the payment is sent by Yeul
Sachir to WEBuilder on the 15th of the month. If you
miss the cutoff by the 4th and your hosting account is set to
expire within the upcoming 30 days, then you must pay
your bill and notify WEBuilder that you have paid it.
WEBuilder will contact Yeul Sachir directly to confirm
that payment was received, at which time the domain
will be renewed.
Please do not wait until the last moment
to pay, as this might result in your website
being down until the payment is confirmed. When in
doubt, contact WEBuilder.
